Adie has officially entered the land of make-believe – tea parties with Pooh Bear and donning a fuchsia, rhinestone studded cowgirl hat atop her rocking horse keep her delightfully entertained. My favorite part? Her running commentary – “No, Pooh – eat choco bon bon first – then drink tea!” or “Come on horsey – faster!” My husband and I truly believe in the magic of make-believe and do not discourage her from her explorations in the slightest – that is probably why she is still wearing her grass skirt and wellies about the house all day! But this is why I am so deeply in love with Mahar Dry Goods – their toy selection is not only crafted of beautiful, anti-landfill (no plastic toys here!) materials, it calls to the whimsy that so delights my daughter. I especially love the collection of felt entrees – and the ‘Celebration Case’ – a wonderful gift for when Adie finally decides to give up the whole diaper thing! It will happen, right?
