For probably the tenth year in a row I am making an early New Year's resolution to keep a journal.  However, this year I have decided to not take it so seriously - if I can only muster the energy to write down "Ayla threw applesauce in my hair" - that is all I will write.  I am loving these metallic embossed journals from Kate's Paperie...

I always make the same resolution but worry about my content and grammar, as if my journal might get published one day (yeah, right!) But I might if I had that cool journal!
