find of the week: bittersweet genevieve

This morning on my daily cruise through blog-land, I found some irresistible change purses via the ever-in-the-know Jan at Poppy.  Jan makes the coolest blog buttons (as you can see to the left) and has a fantastic and highly read blog about all things uber-cool.  Yesterday she posted about a Vancouver based indie designer called Bittersweet Genevieve.  Using vintage fabrics, ephemera, lace accents and an incredible eye for detail, her bags are so – well, bittersweet really.  Check out her absolutely lovely work here.
